Delivery, Setup & Pickup

   • Yes — we deliver throughout Angier and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size.
2. Do you set up the equipment?
   • We provide professional setup and takedown for all tents. For tables, chairs, and other items, setup is available upon request.
3. When will my items be delivered?
   • Delivery windows are scheduled based on your event time. We always coordinate with you to ensure everything is ready well before guests arrive.
4. Do you offer same‑day or next‑day rentals?
   • The website does not allow bookings within 48 hours of the event. For last minute inquiries, contact us at 919-275-0364.

Reservations & Payments

1. How far in advance should I book?
   • For tents and large events, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. Smaller rentals can often be booked closer to your event date.
2. Is a deposit required?
   • Most orders require a deposit to secure your rental items. The remaining balance is due before delivery.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
   • We accept major payment methods through our online checkout system.

Cancellations & Policies

1. What is your cancellation policy?
   • Cancellations made early may receive a partial refund depending on timing and item availability. Weather‑related adjustments are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.
